Do you know?

When we workout at the gym or even at our home gym,  we focus on one specific area in a day. One day we workout biceps, triceps, another day legs, and then our chest and back etc. Everyday we spend about an hour or two working out a specific area of the body. The results may appear in the matter of a few days and within 3 months, you see amazing results, you feel stronger and feel better about yourself. Your self-esteem boosts and you feel like you are on the top of the world. However, once you stop working out, all the muscles starts sagging and you may put on weight in the form of fat at unwanted place.

That is when you might seek yoga, and may not trust the process, because it is slow, and the results are not immediate. However, in a long run yoga, not only focus on your appearance and muscles, yoga helps you go deeper into your tissues. Overall it may take longer for you to see results, however, it not only helps you become flexible, it builds up your strength. synchronizing breath with the movement.

Just like the law of physics, the amount of time it takes water to boil, same amount of time it takes for it water cool down. The same principal applies when it comes to yoga practice. It takes time to buildup and without you knowing, it becomes habit and turns into lifestyle.
