Pranayama is the best breath-work, that fits all the level of yogis or non yogis. In Sanskrit, “Prana” means life energy and “yama”means control. Therefore Pranayama means life energy control. There are many ways to do the breath work. However, these mentioned are the best practices for us.

Every Pranayama has many benefits, however, they also have caution. Therefore, please be careful while practicing the pranayama. Let your yoga instructor  and doctor know about the conditions and only practice with their consultation.
