I was introduced to yoga  and Meditation in my early 20’s. My guru was  Dr.Yogi  Vikasananda . His teaching was  focused  on the cultivation of compassion, strength, balance, flexibility (physical and mental), empathy, and kindness. The teaching incorporate chanting, Pranayama, Buddhist philosophy & practice and evidence-based stress reduction techniques.

Yoga has been a part of my life for over a decade. My practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless. Yoga inspires me to live each moment mindfully. I seek to help others thrive in live by nurturing body, mind and soul with yoga.
As I understand  about  Yoga , it is an opportunity to know yourself  better. Only you can become the world’s leading expert on your life but at the first you must learn how to observe yourself and how you work. In yoga, you are the laboratory , you can experiment your strength  with the help of  your  yoga teacher.
