Yoga Poses to Control High Blood Sugar

Hello All,

High blood sugar has become a curse. With all the junk food available in the market, our food choices has changed, making us choose wrong habits. Every now and then, indulging in the bad habit might not do a lot of harm, but once we form a bad habit its not easy to get rid of them. Therefore, choose wisely. However, if you already have high blood sugar, practicing these few poses everyday for 30 minutes might help you lower the blood sugar. Please take care of your body, so that, it takes care of you.
